Privacy Policy for Bivex iOS Apps

Last updated: October 30, 2026 (effective the same day)

1. About this policy

Bivex Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Bivex", "we", "us") publishes these iOS apps and is responsible for the personal data they process:

  • AI Video Creator - Bloom AI ("Bloom AI")
  • Face Swap: AI Face Editor ("Face Swap")
  • AI Product Video - VideoMagic ("VideoMagic")
  • AI Outfit Planner - FashionKit ("FashionKit")
  • SLYD: Carousel & Collage Maker ("SLYD")
  • Interior AI: AI Home Designer ("Interior AI")
  • Face Yoga - Face Exercises ("Face Yoga")
  • Revvo: AI Car Modifications ("Revvo")

This policy replaces the version dated January 2024. Our rules for content, reporting and blocking are in our Terms of Service: https://bivex.com/ios-terms-of-service

Key points

  • We never use your photos, the faces in them or anything derived from them for advertising, marketing, profiling or data mining, and we never sell them. Photos are never passed to the advertising, attribution or analytics tools in our apps.
  • Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit and Revvo send what you submit to our AI provider, Wiro AI, and, depending on the model, its AI model partners, to create your results. Interior AI's backend sends your photos to a third-party AI provider.
  • Our apps access your advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking.
  • To have your data erased, or for any privacy question, e-mail [email protected].

2. What the apps have in common

  • What you submit. In Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, Interior AI and Revvo: the photos you choose (which may show faces), other files such as audio, the text you type and choices such as a template, used to create your result. Photos can reveal sensitive information, such as health or religion; we do not try to infer it. Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic and FashionKit do not remove photo metadata, such as the date, device and place a photo was taken; Revvo converts photos to JPEG before upload, which removes it. Face Yoga keeps your photos on your device; SLYD does too, unless you sign in and back up your projects.
  • IDs. Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD and Revvo use a guest ID that our servers assign to your installation. Face Swap keeps it in the app's storage; the others keep it in your device's keychain, where it can survive a reinstall. Interior AI and Face Yoga use a device ID based on your device's identifier for vendor (IDFV), also kept in the keychain. Providers such as Firebase create their own IDs. IDs let you use the apps without an account and keep your purchases, credits and history.
  • Accounts (optional). In Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit and SLYD, you can sign in with Apple, Google or your e-mail address and a one-time code; in Revvo, with your e-mail address and a one-time code. We keep your e-mail address (with Sign in with Apple, possibly a relay address) and sign-in records with your IP address, the country derived from it and your device's user agent.
  • Request records. For each AI request, we keep your guest, account or device ID, the tool or template, the text and settings you submitted, the status, dates and links to the files, for your history, reports and fixing problems.
  • Server logs. The servers of Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD and Revvo log requests with your IP address, the approximate location derived from it, your device's user agent and request details, such as the text you typed and your guest ID, but not your photos.
  • IP address. Our servers and providers receive it with every request. In Bloom AI, VideoMagic and FashionKit, the country derived from it sets how many credits a rewarded ad gives.
  • Purchases and credits. Apple processes all payments made in our apps; we never receive your card details. Adapty manages subscriptions and purchases. Except in Face Yoga, our servers keep purchase or subscription records; in Bloom AI, VideoMagic and FashionKit, also credit balances, credit transactions and Daily Reward and rewarded-ad claims; in Revvo, also credit balances and credit transactions.
  • Notifications. Bloom AI, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD and Revvo keep your notification token. In Bloom AI, VideoMagic and FashionKit, Firebase Cloud Messaging groups devices by language, time zone, region, platform and subscription status.

Giving us personal data is voluntary, but some features need it, such as your photo for AI features.

3. App by app

3.1 Bloom AI

This section covers version 3.1.2 and later; older versions are at the end. Bloom AI creates AI images and videos from your photos.

  • AI consent. Before your first AI request, Bloom AI explains that Wiro AI and its AI model partners process your photos and prompts, and asks you to confirm your right to use the photo and to consent. Nothing is sent for AI processing until you agree. To withdraw, use Profile > Withdraw AI data processing consent; no photo is then sent until you agree again. Withdrawing does not erase earlier requests; for that, e-mail [email protected].
  • Data. Your photos; the caption you can type on some templates; the template or tool, to which the app adds a preset prompt (Wiro AI's model partners for Bloom AI include Google); links to your photo and result on Wiro AI's servers; your last 10 editing sessions; device details from iOS (such as model, iOS version, storage and memory size, and IDFV), language, time zone, tracking choice and subscription status. Signing in moves your guest credits and history to your account. We keep your e-mail address, not your name, though a name shared through Sign in with Apple can appear in our server logs if sign-in fails.
  • Analytics and crash data. Firebase Analytics receives your guest ID, subscription and credit details, Adapty ID, device region and, if you sign in, your account ID and e-mail address, with app events such as purchase steps, effects used, sign-in, errors and rewarded ads (with ad revenue). Crash reports can include recent app events, such as a sign-in with your guest ID, account ID and e-mail address, and the link of an image that failed to load.
  • Support and reports. Profile > Support & Feedback opens an e-mail to [email protected] with your guest ID, app version, device model, iOS version and device region. Profile > Report an inappropriate ad opens an e-mail with details of the last ad shown. Content reports send the result, its link, your reason and your guest ID.
  • Deletion. Removing a Gallery result hides it but keeps our record; if you are signed in and cannot remove one, e-mail [email protected]. Deleting an editing session erases it. Once Wiro AI deletes the files, older Gallery items may not open. Signed in, use Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account. As a guest, Delete Account in Profile clears your device's data and starts a new guest ID; credits on the old ID can no longer be used. Your guest ID is shown in Profile, with a copy button.
  • Notifications. Result-ready notifications. New effect notifications are off by default (Profile > New effect notifications).
  • Age. You must be 18 or older to use Bloom AI, and you must not upload a photo of anyone under 18.
  • Older versions. Bloom AI 2.0.19 and earlier, which may still be installed, have no AI consent screen, Report button or consent withdrawal, show no ads and use Adjust instead of Roasit and AppLovin (Section 5).

3.2 Face Swap

Face Swap puts a face from your photo onto an app template or onto a photo you upload.

  • Data. One or two face photos and, if you choose, your own target photo, which may show another person, uploaded when you start a swap with an optional prompt and options such as style, size and position. Request records include details Wiro AI returns, which can include links to your uploaded photos; the app shows your latest 50 swaps. The guest ID is created when you finish onboarding and shown in Settings > About. We keep your e-mail address, not your name. The app sends our servers your subscription details from Adapty to unlock swaps, and no other device details. It copies the photos you choose into its storage on your device.
  • Safety checks. Our own servers check your photos, without third parties, before they go to Wiro AI's face swap model.
  • Safety records. Our safety system keeps records of automatic checks, reports, blocks and usage limits (account IDs, hashed network addresses, check results, reasons and result links, never images).
  • Deletion. Single results cannot be deleted in the app. Signed in, use Settings > Delete Account; as a guest, Settings > Clear Guest Account. For erasure, e-mail [email protected] with the Guest ID from Settings > About.
  • Age. You must be 18 or older to use Face Swap, and you must not upload a photo of anyone under 18.

3.3 VideoMagic

VideoMagic creates AI videos, images, music and ad clips from your photos, files and text.

  • Data. Photos (including people, products and logos), reference images, audio files, earlier results and the text you type (prompts, scripts, captions, and voice and language options), processed by Wiro AI and partners such as ByteDance (Seedance), Kling AI, Google (Veo) and MiniMax (Hailuo). Request records include your notification token and the model, and appear in Studio. Your guest record holds device model and iOS version (not your device name or IDFV), time zone, language and tracking choice.
  • Analytics and crash data. Firebase Analytics receives your guest ID, credit and subscription details, Adapty ID and, if you sign in, your account ID and e-mail address, with app events such as purchase steps, effects used, sign-in, errors and ads, but not your prompts or photos. After sign-in, your e-mail address is also used on your device for Google's on-device conversion measurement. Crash reports include the screens you opened before a crash. Google also provides Remote Config (app and ad settings) and App Check (which checks that requests come from the real app).
  • Support and reports. Profile > Contact Us opens an e-mail to [email protected] with app and device details, your guest ID and account ID. Content reports send the result, its link, your reason and your guest ID.
  • Deletion. Deleting a result in Studio hides it but keeps our record; reporting it removes it from your history. Signed in, Delete Account also clears the app's data on your device; as a guest, use Delete Guest Account. Copy your guest ID under Profile > Account Management.
  • Notifications. Result-ready notifications, and new-content notifications, which are on by default: turn them off in Profile > Notifications > New content notifications, or turn off all notifications in the iOS Settings app.
  • Photos of children. Some effects use a photo of a baby or child; Section 11 applies.

3.4 FashionKit

FashionKit tries clothes on a photo of a person with AI, keeps a closet of your clothes, gives feedback on outfits, changes a photo's camera angle and shows products from retailers.

  • Data. Photos of a person for try-on; photos of your clothes for your closet; outfit photos and questions for Rate My Outfit (answered by the Moondream AI model, through Wiro AI); photos for Camera Angle; your shopping profile (shopping country, sections such as women, men, kids or teens, styles, sizes, preferred brands and favorite products), to show you relevant products. Your guest record holds device model and iOS version, language, time zone and tracking choice.
  • Analytics, crash data and reports. Firebase Analytics receives Daily Reward and ad events and Firebase's automatic events, such as first open and sessions. Crash reports include your guest ID. Report Output sends the result, its link, your message and your guest ID.
  • Stored photos. Your try-on photos ("Your Photos") and closet photos are stored on our servers so you can reuse them, and Wiro AI receives links to them. Rate My Outfit and Camera Angle photos are not stored on our servers. Wiro AI creates and hosts the results.
  • Deletion. Deleting a closet item deletes its photo; hiding a photo in Your Photos only hides it. Deleting a gallery result hides it but keeps our record; reporting it removes it. After you delete your account while signed in, your photos, closet and history stay on our servers. As a guest, use Clear Guest Account. Your guest ID is shown in Profile.
  • Notifications. If you allow notifications, FashionKit can send you updates and offers.
  • Photos of children. FashionKit has kids' and teens' sections; Section 11 applies.

3.5 SLYD

SLYD designs carousel posts from templates with your photos and videos. It has no AI image generation; background removal runs on your device with Apple's Vision framework.

  • Data. Photos and videos you add stay on your device. If you sign in, SLYD saves your projects (text, layout and template choices) on our servers and can upload their photos and videos to our cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) so you can restore them; photos are converted first, which removes their original metadata. Your guest record holds device model, iOS version and device type, app version, language, time zone, tracking choice and subscription status. SLYD asks Apple for your name but does not use or store it. We keep your subscription details, such as plan, price and transaction IDs. Firebase Hosting delivers templates and app settings.
  • Analytics. Firebase Analytics receives your guest ID, your onboarding answers (what you use SLYD for, how you heard about it, and the features and post types you want), app language and, if you sign in, your account ID and e-mail address, with events such as onboarding, sign-in, templates used, exports and paywall views.
  • Deletion. Guests have no delete option; their projects stay on the device, and our servers keep the guest record. Signed in, deleting a project removes its files from our cloud storage, and More > Delete Account removes that account's projects from your device, but not from our servers.
  • Notifications. If you allow notifications, SLYD can remind you about new templates when you have not used it for a while.

3.6 Interior AI

Interior AI redesigns photos of rooms and buildings with AI and can turn a design into a before-and-after video.

  • Data. The photos you choose (for some tools, also a style photo or areas you draw), your choices (tool, room type, style, colors and objects) and the text you type in Replace Objects. Our backend runs on Google Cloud in the United States and sends your photos and choices to a third-party AI model provider, which processes them under its own terms. Your photos, results and videos are stored in our cloud storage (Google Firebase) under your device ID, with records of your requests; your design history list is on your device. The app also uses an install ID, Firebase IDs, anonymous Firebase sign-in and Firebase Remote Config. We keep your credit balance and transactions (such as the tool used). Interior AI has no accounts, does not ask for your name, e-mail address or location, and sends no notifications.
  • Analytics and support. Firebase Analytics receives your device ID, onboarding steps, paywall views and events when you create a design or video (the tool and how long it took), plus Firebase's automatic events. Settings > Support opens an e-mail to [email protected] with your subscription status and device ID.
  • Deletion. Uploaded photos stay in our cloud storage; the app cannot delete them. History > Delete Design deletes that design's result and video files, but not the uploaded photos or the request record. Because the device ID stays in the keychain, reinstalling restores your credits and history.

3.7 Face Yoga

Face Yoga offers face exercise programs with videos and lets you take progress photos.

  • Data. Onboarding answers: your name or nickname, age, gender, the face areas and goals you choose, skin type, make-up habits, wrinkle visibility, skin concerns (such as acne or redness) and skincare routine, asked to set up the app for you. The app keeps them on your device and sends them to Adapty, which stores them in your subscription profile, linked to your device ID; some, such as skin concerns, can be health-related. Progress photos stay on your device and are never uploaded; you can delete each one, and device backups can include them. The camera checks on your device, with Apple's Vision framework, that your face is in the frame; nothing is saved or sent. The app signs in to Firebase anonymously, sends your language and app version to our content server (Google Firebase) to download exercises, and schedules workout reminders on your device. Firebase Analytics receives its automatic events, with your device ID. Face Yoga has no accounts and does not use your location.
  • Support. Settings > Support opens an e-mail to [email protected], a mailbox of Loop Mobile, a separate company, with your subscription status and device ID. For privacy requests, write to [email protected]. The app's Privacy Policy and Terms buttons still open Loop Mobile's pages; for Face Yoga, this policy and our Terms of Service apply.
  • Deletion. Your answers and progress photos stay on your device until you delete them or the app. Your Adapty profile and your analytics and attribution data cannot be deleted in the app; to have them erased, e-mail [email protected].

3.8 Revvo

Revvo restyles photos of your car with AI and can turn them into short videos.

  • Data. Your car photo and your choices (effect, style, color and extras), from which the app or our servers build the prompt. Our servers pass the photo to Wiro AI without storing it; Wiro AI's partners for Revvo include Google and ByteDance (Seedance). Request records can keep Wiro AI's links to your photo and result. Your guest record holds device model, iOS and app version, language, time zone, tracking choice, notification token and Adapty subscription details (not your device name or IDFV). Signing in moves your guest credits and history to your account.
  • Analytics and crash data. Revvo does not use Firebase Analytics. Roasit receives the events in Section 5. Crash reports include your guest ID.
  • Support and reports. Garage > Settings > Contact us opens an e-mail to [email protected] with your User ID (guest ID), app version and iOS version. Reporting a Garage item sends its link, your reason and your guest ID (and account ID if signed in) to our team.
  • Safety records. Revvo's safety system keeps records of refused requests, blocks and reports (account IDs, reasons, reported result links, platform and app version; never images, prompts or IP addresses).
  • Deletion. Garage has no delete button; reporting an item removes it from your Garage, but our request record stays. Signed in, use Garage > Settings > Delete account; the app then starts a new guest ID. Guests have no delete option; for erasure, e-mail [email protected] with the User ID from Settings.
  • Notifications. Result-ready notifications, and we can send notifications about effects, styles and offers; turn them off in the iOS Settings app.

4. AI processing and your photos

  • Wiro AI. Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit and Revvo send what you submit, with your request's settings, from our servers to our AI provider, Wiro AI. Wiro AI runs some models itself and sends other requests to the AI model partner that runs the chosen model (Section 3 names examples). Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic and Revvo do not send your guest ID to Wiro AI. Your device loads results from Wiro AI's servers, which can see your IP address. Wiro AI processes data in the United States. Its AI model partners process the data under their own terms, which must still protect it as Section 5 requires.
  • Face data. We do not use face recognition to identify you. Face Swap's servers detect faces in uploaded photos only to check that a photo can be used and is safe, and Face Yoga checks on your device that your face is in the frame; neither creates face templates. To create a result, the AI models analyse the faces in your photos.
  • Content rules. Our Terms of Service forbid sexual content, nudity, non-consensual intimate imagery, any sexualisation of minors, harassment and hate, and explain filtering, reports (answered within 24 hours) and when we block accounts.

5. Providers and what they receive

We share personal data only with these providers, for the purposes in this policy:

  • Wiro AI and its AI model partners (Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, Revvo): what you submit, to create your result (Section 4).
  • A third-party AI model provider (Interior AI): your photos and choices, to create your design.
  • Google (all apps): Firebase Crashlytics; Firebase Analytics (all apps except Face Swap and Revvo); Cloud Messaging (Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD, Revvo); Google Sign-In, if you use it; and the services named in Section 3. In apps that use Firebase Analytics, crash reports can include recent analytics events. Google is also one of Wiro AI's AI model partners.
  • Apple (all apps): App Store purchases, payments and refunds; Sign in with Apple, if you use it; push notifications in apps that send them. Interior AI and Face Yoga also check the App Store for updates.
  • Cloudflare (Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD, Revvo): all traffic to our servers, including your uploads, passes through it; it also stores SLYD project backups.
  • Adapty (all apps): your guest or device ID, purchase details, IP address and, if you allow tracking, the IDFA. Bloom AI, VideoMagic, FashionKit, Interior AI and Face Yoga also send your Firebase app instance ID; Bloom AI and VideoMagic, your account ID and e-mail address after sign-in; Revvo, your account ID after sign-in; Interior AI and Face Yoga, your tracking choice; Interior AI, Apple Search Ads attribution.
  • AppLovin MAX (Bloom AI, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD): the ads you see, the device data its SDK collects, such as your IP address and IDFV, and, if you allow tracking, the IDFA. Bloom AI and SLYD also send your guest ID.
  • Roasit (Bloom AI, FashionKit, SLYD, Revvo): install attribution and ad campaign measurement. Whether or not you allow tracking, it receives your guest ID (in Revvo, your account ID after sign-in), IDFV, device model, iOS and app version, device region, install time (and, in Bloom AI, FashionKit and Revvo, update time), an Apple Search Ads attribution token, your IP address and app events (Bloom AI: app opens, screens viewed, photo selected but not the photo, paywall views, subscriptions with product and list price, and ad revenue; FashionKit: installs, app opens and ad revenue; SLYD: onboarding, sign-in, templates used, exports, paywall views and ad revenue; Revvo: installs, app opens, onboarding, paywall views and AI requests started and finished); if you allow tracking, also the IDFA. On iOS, it links installs to our ad campaigns only through the IDFA (if you allow tracking), Apple Search Ads, Apple's SKAdNetwork or AdAttributionKit, not through your IP address. It also receives Adapty's purchase events and passes them to our servers; these can include your IDFV, IP address, the IDFA (if you allow tracking) and, in Bloom AI, your e-mail address if you are signed in. In FashionKit, it passes Adapty the ad campaign that brought you to the app. Roasit can send install and purchase events to advertising platforms, such as Meta, to measure our ad campaigns; for Bloom AI, it does.
  • Adjust (Face Swap, VideoMagic, Interior AI, Face Yoga, and Bloom AI 2.0.19 and earlier): install attribution. It receives device details, your IDFV and IP address and, if you allow tracking, the IDFA. VideoMagic also sends your guest ID, ad revenue and, after sign-in, your account ID and e-mail address. Interior AI and Face Yoga send your device ID (Interior AI also purchase events) and include Google's on-device conversion measurement. Older Bloom AI versions send your guest ID, subscription status, app events and, after sign-in, your account ID and e-mail address.
  • Amazon Web Services (Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD, Revvo): sends our e-mails, such as sign-in codes and report notices.
  • Loop Mobile (Face Yoga): receives the e-mails you send with the app's Support button.
  • Retailers (FashionKit): when you open a product, the retailer's website handles your data under its own policy.

Every provider that receives personal data from our apps must protect it at least as well as this policy describes and as Apple's App Store Review Guidelines require. Some, such as Apple and Google, also handle some data under their own privacy policies. We also share data with authorities when the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.

6. Ads and tracking

  • Ads. Bloom AI and FashionKit show only rewarded ads that you choose to watch for credits; Bloom AI never shows interstitial or app-open ads. VideoMagic offers rewarded ads for credits and can show full-screen ads to users without a subscription. Without a subscription, SLYD shows full-screen ads after you export a post and when you open the app; in regions covered by the GDPR, it tells AppLovin that you have not consented to personalised ads. These ads come from AppLovin MAX. Face Swap, Interior AI, Face Yoga and Revvo show no ads.
  • Your choice. Our apps ask for your permission with Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before they access your IDFA: Bloom AI and Revvo when you first open them, FashionKit during onboarding, and Interior AI and Face Yoga during onboarding, through Adjust. You can change your choice at any time in the iOS Settings app > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • If you allow tracking, these providers receive the IDFA to measure our ad campaigns and, in apps with ads, for advertising: Roasit, AppLovin, Adapty and Firebase Analytics (Bloom AI, FashionKit, SLYD); AppLovin, Adjust, Adapty and Firebase Analytics (VideoMagic); Adjust and Adapty (Face Swap); Adjust, Adapty and Firebase Analytics (Interior AI, Face Yoga); Roasit and Adapty (Revvo).
  • If you do not allow tracking, the apps do not access the IDFA, but attribution, ad and subscription providers still receive device details, your IP address and IDs such as the IDFV, guest ID or device ID (Section 5).
  • Consent. Apart from Apple's tracking prompt, our apps do not ask for separate consent before analytics, attribution or ad tools start. Interior AI and Face Yoga set Google Analytics' consent settings, including those for advertising, to granted.
  • Our website. bivex.com, which hosts this policy and our Terms of Service, uses Google Analytics.

7. How long we keep data

  • Uploaded photos and results. In Bloom AI, Face Swap and VideoMagic, uploaded photos and results are not stored on our servers; our AI provider Wiro AI keeps them for up to 3 months and then deletes them automatically. In Revvo, uploaded photos are not stored on our servers; Wiro AI hosts the uploaded photos and results under its own retention rules, and our request records can keep links to them. FashionKit and Interior AI store photos, as Section 3 explains.
  • Records on our servers. For Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD and Revvo, guest and account records, request records, purchase records and server logs are not deleted automatically. We keep them until you ask us to erase them, except records the law requires us to keep.
  • Data on your device stays until you delete it or the app; IDs kept in the keychain can stay after that.
  • Providers keep the data they receive under their own retention rules.

8. Your rights and choices

  • Withdraw AI consent in Bloom AI 3.1.2 and later: Profile > Withdraw AI data processing consent.
  • Tracking and notifications: Section 6 and the iOS Settings app; Bloom AI and VideoMagic also have in-app notification switches (Section 3).
  • Delete data in the app. In Bloom AI, Face Swap, VideoMagic, FashionKit, SLYD and Revvo, deleting your account while signed in marks it as deleted and signs you out; your records stay on our servers. Guest options to delete or clear an account clear only your device's data. Section 3 gives the steps for each app. Uninstalling an app deletes nothing on our servers.
  • Ask us to erase your data: e-mail [email protected], with or without an account. Tell us the app and your guest ID, device ID or account e-mail address so we can find your data. We may ask you to confirm that the data is yours.
  • Subscriptions. Deleting your data or account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in the iOS Settings app (tap your name, then Subscriptions).
  • Your legal rights. Depending on where you live, laws such as Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) give you rights to know what data we hold and how we use it, to correct, erase or receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict its use and to withdraw consent. To use them, e-mail [email protected]. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local data protection authority.

9. International transfers

Bivex is based in Türkiye. Some providers process personal data in other countries; for example, Wiro AI and Interior AI's backend process it in the United States.

10. Security

Our apps connect to our servers over HTTPS. Links to results and uploaded files are not password-protected: anyone who has a link can open it. No system is completely secure.

11. Children

Bloom AI and Face Swap are only for people 18 or older, and you must not upload a photo of anyone under 18 to them. In our other apps, upload a photo of a child only if you are the child's parent or guardian or have their permission. Sexual content involving minors is strictly forbidden in all our apps. If you believe a child has given us personal data, e-mail [email protected] and we will erase it.

12. Changes to this policy

We will publish any new version on this page and update the date at the top.
